We offer a total of 16 rooms. All published tariffs mentioned below applies from 21st of November 2010 until 15th of March 2011(High Season). For the rest of the period we offer an offseason discount of 40% on all individual room rates.

 

HIGH END SUITE (traditional kerala style- 3 rooms )
Have sea face, Verandas outside, en-suite bathrooms with hot & cold water and also kitchenettes with fridges attached.The above three rooms are on top floor, made in traditional kerala style wooden cottage types. The tariff are a, b c respectively.

HIGH END APPARTMENT SUITE(Down stairs- 3 rooms)
Have sea face, Verandas outside, en-suite bathrooms with hot & cold water and also kitchenettes with fridges attached.

STANDARD DOUBLE ( 2 rooms )
Traditional wooden cottage which consist of TWO individual rooms with tariff INR 2400 and INR 2200 respectevely. Have sea view, Veranda outside, ensuite Bathrooms, only cold shower with one attached kitchenette and two fridges.

STANDARD DOUBLE(Partial sea facing 4 rooms )
Have partial sea face, Verandas outside, en-suite bathrooms with hot & cold water and mini fridge.

Budget Room
Basic rooms with sea face, Verandas outside, en-suite bathrooms only & cold water
Modern Double storied old Building, Tariffs are m) INR 2000 n)INR 1400 o) INR 1000 p) INR 1000.

 

For High Season, all the tariffs mentioned above are inclusive of Break fast for two & all other taxes. Offseason tariffs will be inclusive of tax but will not include complimentary breakfast.

1. All conformation of bookings are made on 30% advance payment through Western Union Money Transfer Method for time being.
2. All Cancellations or Alterations of dates if possible has to be made 30 days in advance and afterwards the deposit will not be refunded.
3. In case of confirmed reservations made on advance payment, the guest should report as per the Check in date, failing on which the booking gets cancelled subsequently.
